Reference Services
Reference desk personnel assist in searching for and locating materials within the library, provide instruction in the use of Internet resources, and process reserve book and Interlibrary Loan requests from the Carnegie or other libraries. Reference questions can be directed to the librarian on duty at the reference desk, by phone at 412-741-6920.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
Library Patrons are now able to order things from outside of the Allegheny County Public Library system here, through the Interlibrary Loan System, Illiad. Please don't hesitate to ask a librarian for assistance in ordering ILL items.
