The Sewickley Public Library Children’s Department is pleased to be co-hosting the second “Sewickley StoryWalk”  of the summer with Fern Hollow Nature Center, Allegheny Land Trust – Audubon Greenway and Mary Roberts Reinhart Nature Park.

Starting Monday, August 10, families can visit Fern Hollow Nature Center and Allegheny Land Trust – Audubon Greenway to take a self-guided walk around the parks and read a book as they go! 

For two weekends in August (8/14 – 8/16 and 8/21-8/23), families can visit Mary Roberts Reinhart Nature Park for a StoryWalk display.

Visitors are encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing.  Enjoy the last bits of summer, take a walk and read a book together with your family!

The StoryWalk at Fern Hollow Nature Center will feature the book In the Tall, Tall Grass by Denise Flemingand will run through August 31.  The StoryWalk at Allegheny Land Trust – Audubon Greenway will feature the book The Bugliest Bug by Carol Diggory Sheilds and will run through August 31. The StoryWalk at Mary Roberts Reinhart Nature Park will feature the book, Butterflies in the Garden by Carol Lerner, and will run two weekends, August 14 – August 16 and August 21-August 23.
